Oklahoma Online Alcohol Bartender & Seller-Server Certification
Oklahoma Responsible Alcohol Service, Seller-Server or Owner-Manager training as a part of its alcohol-licensing program is not mandatory, although it can significantly reduce the risk and liability associated with alcohol service. Our certification provides a “reasonable efforts” defense against service violations and civil claims, and it may also reduce your insurance premium costs.
There is no formal Dram Shop Act for the state of Oklahoma. Instead liability has been established and imposed through case law. Court decisions uphold the standards regarding liability.
